Ricardo Rubio（1951）was born in Buenos Aires, a poet, storyteller, essayist and playwright, was Secretary of Culture of Argentina OB Society of Writers, then President, also Secretary General of the Association of American Poetry. Poetry publication includes "Invention of wonder and approaches outside leisure", "Foot on foot, a few steps", "Key of me", "Sudden Peoples", "Flower Stories", "Tree with birds", "Simulation of the Rose", "Epitome", "Substantive Area”, "Teopea", etc. He won numerous awards in poetry, fiction and drama, and regularly invited to international poetry festivals in America, Europe and Africa. His poetry has been translated into various languages.
