I asked to be like the sky
that had been raining all night
and in the morning it remained whole.
I asked to be like the river
that flows around the clock and does not dry up,
but hurries on its way.
I asked to be like the wind that blows
in the streets and squares, in cities and countries,
and whistles behind me.
I asked to be like the mountain
that has stood firm for centuries -
carries forests, rivers, meadows, birds ...
And I realized - ambition moves the world,
but overly ambitious ones harm harmony.
God created everything right.
And I am who I should be.
