After the Flood Rain

Unexpected and somewhat absurd

the early spring rainstorm hit –

all of a sudden started the rain and fiercely blew the wind

shaking down the blossoms.

After the flood rain I came across a butterfly

Drowned in the muddy pool,

above which it might have fluttered

with wet through wings.

And then, tired out ,it might have fallen

In the dirty ditch along the road.

But no matter dead it was, it had made

The pool‘s troubled waters look great!
